Spontaneous applications

For spontaneous applications, the Data Controller is not required to provide any privacy notice. Under Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016, when the Data Controller receives CVs sent spontaneously by the persons concerned, it is not required to provide a notice or to ask the candidate for consent to process the personal data (including sensitive data) contained in the documentation received.

The purpose of processing related to CV management concerns activities strictly linked to the assessment, recruitment or selection of staff, for collaboration, fixed-term or permanent employment, or internships.

Retention of CVs

CVs sent to SERVICE TRADE will be processed in compliance with the security measures set out in Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016.

Specifically, CVs received for specific selections may be retained and re-evaluated for a subsequent search for a similar role for a period of approximately 6 months.

Brief instructions

Candidates who wish to send their CV are asked to follow these rules:

  1. 01the CV must be sent exclusively by uploading it in the dedicated section of the website;
  2. 02the file name must contain the candidate’s name;
  3. 03send the document in PDF format;
  4. 04do not include sensitive data (in particular relating to health, religious, philosophical or political beliefs) or any other data not relevant to the application;
  5. 05give your consent to data processing by adding the following statement at the end of the document:

“In conformità con il disposto ex art. 6 comma 1 lett. a) del GDPR 679/2016, acconsento al trattamento dei miei dati personali comprendendo eventuali dati sensibili da me forniti volontariamente e spontaneamente attraverso il mio curriculum vitae.”
